Instructions:

1. Agree to all terms of the “EULA” page
2. Extract zipped folder below in down load link(button).
3. Save to your disk drive to a known location such as “C:/programming/”
4. Unzip
5. Read power point presentation
6. Double click on the “Microsoft Visual Studio Solution”

Depending on your version of Microsoft Visual Studios, you may be asked to upgrade.  I used Microsoft Visual Studios 2010 to generate project.
